And finally, the most sought after individual award – the Customer Experience Leader of the Year Award.  

The Customer Experience Leader of the Year is selected each year by Eliant’s executives and Client Experience Managers. The Eliant team selects nominees based on these criteria:

  • Job Responsibility: The nominee must be in a position to significantly impact the creation and management of the experience being delivered to home buyers and home owners The nominee can own any managerial job title as long as this person was directly and actively responsible for the customer experience
  • Impact Level: The nominee must have been personally and actively engaged in managing the customer experience for one or more builders for at least three years. It is not enough to be the head of a building firm which is highly ranked
  • Track Record: The nominee’s builder must be in the top 10% of Eliant’s rankings for a minimum of two years
  • Status: The nominee must be with a builder which is a current client of Eliant and is using Eliant’s complete ‘Benchmark Survey Series’
