On Wednesday, August 17th, The New Home Company hosted this month’s CSBC at their impressive Coral Crest model home. The morning kicked off with an amazing view as Norman Carraher (VP, Customer Care and Eliant’s 2016 American Customer Experience Leader of the Year) shared their best practices, appropriately titled “Touch Point Process.”
We listened as TNHC leaders Pat Dibble, Gus Guscott, George Contreras, Uriel Casillas and Jim Page shared their ‘secret sauce’ on how they get it right, every time. With a passion for their customers, and for building impressive homes, it was easy to see why TNHC homebuyers love their homes – and how to create delighted homeowners at every price point.
